Safarbazi UI/UX Redesign Case Study

In this case study, I detail the comprehensive redesign process of the Safarbazi website, a platform dedicated to simplifying travel and accommodation bookings. Our primary goals were to expand Safarbazi's offerings to new travel markets, including train and airplane ticket sales, and to establish a consistent design language across all Safarbazi products.

Key challenges included creating a robust design system that aligned with our vision of making Safarbazi the "Airbnb of Iran." We also focused on improving the user experience, particularly in the booking process, where we aimed to reduce user drop-offs and streamline the reservation process for new users.

Through extensive user research, A/B testing, and iterative design, we achieved a 20% increase in new user conversion rates and an 80% reduction in booking abandonment. This case study showcases the design thinking and methodologies applied, including the Double Diamond framework, to address these challenges and deliver a cohesive, user-centric experience.

I invite you to explore the full case study to see how we transformed Safarbazi into a more accessible, intuitive, and visually appealing platform.
