Air Lookout App Store Screenshots

For the last few days I have been working on getting ready to submit Air Lookout to the iOS App Store for review. Part of that time includes figuring out how to sell the app and showing the most important features.

One of the ways to advertise features is through the App Store screenshots. The iOS App Store limits me to 5 screenshots so I have decided on the following features to highlight (in this order):
• Air quality at a user’s current location
• The 12-hour air quality bar chart
• The measured pollutant breakdown
• The best/worst city rankings
• Pollutant defintions, sources and information

What does everyone think? Do these screenshots make you want to download the app?

Check out the attached images for all of the App Screenshots that I’m currently planning on using in the app store. All app screenshots were from the latest build running in the iOS simulator using real data.

All feedback (including real brutally honest feedback) and questions are welcome.

Air Lookout is an app to quickly find and understand air quality at your current location. It reads all of it’s data from the U.S. government’s EPA air quality stations across North America.

I’ve been working on this longer than I’d like to admit. I learned Swift and UIKit to make this app. It has been an amazing learning experience and full of all sorts of neat challenges. I’m sure there’s many more to come.
