Web and tablet portal styleguide exploration

I have been working on a style guide that would work on all 3 platforms:
- Mobile
- Tablet
- Web/desktop

The style guide is based on the best of Google Material, iOS human interface guidelines, and the UX best-practices out there.

I have also worked a great deal figuring out how every UI element could be made into reusable components that would respond to their context.

This is a WYSIWYG editor built into a popup. The idea is this editor can be in a popup, on the actual page, on a small display, where ever the develop or designer decides to put it.
