SightShift Compass
Over the last 12 weeks, I went through a leadership coaching program called Sightshift.
I was honored at the end to be commissioned to make this compass graphic for my coach, Chris McAlister. It represents the main progression taught in the program:
1. Pay attention (aware)
2. Notice pain (lean in)
3. Position yourself to change (flip)
4. Relax (flow)
