Century 21 Pura Vida - Real Estate Website Redesign

Redesigning the Century 21 Pura Vida real estate website was one of my most rewarding projects. The original site lacked the premium aesthetic and user experience that the client envisioned. My goal was to preserve the core elements while elevating the brand image and creating a more intuitive, functional UI.

I started by thoroughly understanding the client’s objectives, target audience, and brand attributes, followed by extensive competitor research and a detailed website audit. This process helped me identify key areas for improvement, including optimizing the homepage layout, enhancing the above-the-fold area, and designing a minimalist search UI.

Drawing inspiration from successful competitor designs and applying proven UI/UX principles, I was able to significantly enhance the site’s overall user experience. Although the site isn’t live yet, the client and stakeholders have been thrilled with the transformation.

Additionally, a renowned CRO consultant praised the new design, calling it one of the most beautiful real estate web designs he’d seen. His positive feedback, especially given his expertise in web design best practices and conversion optimization, was particularly validating.
