I am excited to share our comprehensive revamp of BSI Mobile, a critical channel for Bank Syariah Indonesia. As part of a dedicated bootcamp team, we tackled significant challenges such as unclear information and a confusing app flow to enhance the user experience.
Comprehensive UI/UX Evaluation. To identify and address pain points, we conducted an in-depth evaluation of critical features, including transfers, e-wallet top-ups, and account statements.
Improved User Satisfaction. By streamlining app flows and clarifying information, we successfully improved user satisfaction by 30%, boosting customer engagement and driving increased usage of our mobile banking application.
