Casabor
Description
Casabor is an innovative real estate application I designed to help people in Argentina find properties that meet their needs and rent them for events at the best price. Users can filter properties based on specific characteristics, leave reviews for previously rented properties, and much more.
Problem
I identified several key issues for those looking to rent properties on a temporary basis in Argentina. Most online property search options are basic, with simple search filters, and they often lack detailed information about the properties. This makes it difficult for users to make informed decisions due to limited data, and the user experience in these applications is often unintuitive, leading to frustration and delays in the search process.
Solution
I worked closely with the client to understand their goals and objectives. I implemented design flows that simplify navigation through rental options, allowing users to customize their searches according to their preferences. Additionally, I developed a recommendation feature that uses advanced algorithms to suggest properties based on the user’s search history and preferences.
Results
The result was the creation of an innovative application that meets user needs and achieves the client’s objectives. Casabor allows users to find the perfect property for hosting gatherings or celebrations with loved ones. The app also enables users to save their favorite properties, reserve them for specific dates, leave reviews, and enjoy many additional features.
