Outdoor Ecommerce UX Design
UX upgrade to outdoor eCommerce site. After monitoring the site, it was clear there were issues causing users to leave the site on average after 1 minute.
UX Improvements
Additional elements added to encourage user engagement, and to encourage visitors to travel further into the site.
Each element acting as a variable method to monitor user engagement.
Results
Even though the elements added were simple, the added changes showed a user retention rate increase of over 70%. Instead of users falling off the site after a few minutes, these changes kept users on the site for over 5 minutes on average.
Sales figures based on the upgrades are still being monitored.
