Suicune: Wave World

Decided to animate my favorite pokémon: Suicune. When I first saw it in the anime, I was hypnotized by the graceful motion of its mane and tail. I felt like I could look at it standing still forever, so this is in part inspired by that moment.

This entire animation is 1 second long and only has 24 frames. I ended up abusing the hell out of wave animations and tweaking various values in actual sine wave formulas that I wrote as expressions for some of the more complex wave effects. Pretty pleased with how I was able to get looping waves working perfectly in a 24-frame animation.
