💻As the UI/UX Designer for a Mortgage Website, my goal was to simplify the complex mortgage process through a clear, user-friendly interface. Conducting user research revealed key requirements such as easy access to information, mortgage calculators, and application tracking. I designed wireframes and prototypes, focusing on intuitive navigation and a clean, professional aesthetic. The final design features a welcoming homepage, detailed loan options, interactive calculators, and a streamlined application process. Usability testing confirmed the design’s effectiveness, with users praising its clarity and ease of use. This project demonstrates my ability to create accessible, functional, and visually appealing financial service platforms that enhance user experience and satisfaction.
