Learning A Language Through Stories
Learning A Language Through Stories
We all learn languages in different ways. One relevant way we learn is through stories. They allow to place ourselves within a narrative, to identify with the characters and the situations, and to practice words we've already learned, and to pick up new vocabulary and grammar in relevant contexts.
But it doesn't have to stop there.
Once we've been introduced to new vocabulary and grammar, it makes sense to immediately practice and reinforce what's been learned with simple tasks, like multiple choice or phrase-building activities.
