My journey as a Christian has not been smooth, perfect, or easy. It's called the narrow road for a reason. A little over a year ago, I was fighting for my life through a tough season of depression.

Almost giving up hope, I prayed to God during a panic attack, asking Him to free me from the prison of my mind. After a year of unanswered prayers, He healed me in a moment I didn't deserve.

This path towards the cross is open for anyone. The debt of your sin has been paid, but are you willing to accept free salvation? If you're facing anxious thoughts, know that there is hope. Jesus listened to me, and I believe He listens to all our prayers in His perfect timing. Without that season, I wouldn't be who I am today.

Creating this piece and looking towards the cross every day reminds me that this is a lifelong journey of learning and growth. It's not about what I've done or the art I create; it's about Jesus who inspires these very words. I don't believe in coincidences anymore, so if you're reading this, this one is for you.
