Trengo — Reinventing the mobile application

Our app suffers from numerous bugs and slow performance, resulting in a poor mobile user experience and time-consuming maintenance. Customers primarily use the app to respond quickly to WhatsApp messages, making fast notifications and efficient, bug-free mobile functionality critical for maintaining customer satisfaction and business efficiency.

For this I conducted (user) research. The outcomes were thoroughly discussed with my product manager. Given the limited scope and shifting focus of the team, we decided to improve the application incrementally. To determine the focus areas, we prioritized the outcomes with stakeholders based on frequency and user pain.

Due to the lack of full focus and resources for this project, the final visuals are fictional. However, the entire process has been carried out and documented for when Trengo decides to improve the app from a UX perspective.I support Trengo's decision because there is simply not enough front-end capacity, and there are other opportunities with greater user support that can make a bigger impact with less effort.
