SymbolicAA - Installation technology symbol knowledge

SymbolicAA is a new learning tool for symbol knowledge in installation engineering. The tool consists of a physical platform with tokens, and a website with information about the tokens. The tokens are magnetic and can be attached to a whiteboard, for example. The website contains information about the tokens, such as the meaning, application and image as a symbol looks in real life. The SymbolicAA project is an idea of Paul Groot and Thomas Kramer of ROC Ter AA and was designed in collaboration with Studio Tast .

A basis for continued development

SymbolicAA is an innovative learning tool that could change the way symbol knowledge is taught. The product will be field-tested in the coming months and is being enthusiastically received by students and teachers. SymbolicAA is currently only available for installation engineering. If there is sufficient interest, versions will also be developed for electrical engineering and control engineering, among others.
