Bizbridge - Japanese Job Agency Company Profile Website
About This Project
Backstory & Purpose:
Bizbridge is a human resources agency that works in Japan and opens opportunities to various countries. I worked on this project when I was still a UI/UX Designer at BTekLabs.
The goal of this project is to redesign the existing Bizbridge website to give a more positive impression and increase the number of users interested in using Bizbridge services.
Problem:
The current Bizbridge website looks less attractive, has much information that has not been updated and tends to confuse users. In addition, the concept of the existing website is also less in line with the company's new vision in terms of layout, color palette, font selection, and others.
Solution
1). User Research:
For this project, I received a design brief from the Project Manager regarding what features should be included, benchmarks with other websites, and the client's design preferences.
Five sections must be created to meet the client's needs: the Home Page, About Us, Our Services, Job Vacancies, and News.
2). Hi-Fi & Prototypes:
Adjusting to the client's needs and time, I immediately jumped into this stage, where 17 pages were created for the desktop display.
Sans Serif fonts and blue color palettes were chosen to represent the company color and symbolize trust and modern value.
