Additional Property Detection

Named 'Project Leftovers,' we collaborated with our data team to design a system that detects additional properties likely owned by users but not yet signed up on our platform. These properties are displayed as a pop-up on the user's next visit and as suggested addresses when signing up additional properties. The feature achieved a 12% conversion rate.
