The journal addresses the development of coping skills, self-improvement, and resilience in teens, featuring structured sections for self-reflection, gratitude lists, routines, and self-care. It encompasses six dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, spiritual, occupational, intellectual, and social, providing a holistic approach to adolescent well-being.
Crafted with a bright and engaging design to foster positive engagement, this project earned an Excellence Award from the Oklahoma College Public Relations Association.
