Self-scanning shopping app: Cart

The user uses the handheld scanning device in the store to scan their items and keep track of their shopping (and pack it) as they go. When finished, they can check out at the checkout points in-store, and return the device back to the store.

Retailers can also perform spot checks or age verifications based on the contents of the cart.
