CRM Design for concrete services company - Inquiries management

One of my long-term clients asked me to redesign an existing CRM, rethinking the UX and refreshing the UI. This involved adding many new features, optimizing numerous user flows, and building a complex design system around the new design to ensure it is scalable and reusable.
