SingleKey is a risk-management software aiming to give property managers and small landlords the tools and expertise to find the right tenants and mitigate risks in the rental market. They do this through their three primary products, a Tenant Report (a credit & background check in one), Rent Collection (automated & reported rent payments), and Rent Guarantee (renter’s insurance).

I worked with the SingleKey team to refresh their website with a clean and intuitive design to modernize their brand to their more mature audience. 
As a solution to SingleKey’s content-rich website, I played around with a variety of interactive elements, including scroll animations, accordions, testimonial carousels, and tab sections - all while all keeping them standardized and under the same design system.

I also refreshed multiple marketing materials for SingleKey, such as social banners, forms, one pagers and brochures, and their organic & paid ads.
