'परत' means ‘a layer’. This project is a layer of experience, culture and craft that enables us to use as well as utilize our natural resources in the best possible manner.

The basic idea of this project is to cut the products in half and then with the help of a binding agent, which majorly is cement, make a cladding system on the walls.

The need for this project is to utilize the terracotta products in a new and innovative manner which can be used in different purposes apart from traditional usage. Another aspect it serves is to use those products which are often broken while firing (Danpal,2022).
