Client Description:

MetLife is a leading global insurance company known for its comprehensive range of insurance and financial products, serving millions of customers worldwide.

Project Objective:

The objective is to create a concept for implementing a new user experience for self-service account management within the MetLife app. This involves redesigning the interface to enhance usability and accessibility, ensuring customers can easily navigate and manage their insurance policies and financial accounts independently.

Additionally, the project aims to implement a new payment module within the app to streamline and secure payment processes, providing users with a seamless and efficient way to make payments for their insurance premiums and other financial transactions.
