Sleepy Hollow Eichler Homes community - custom artwork

Heading a bit south from the neighborhoods in my previous posts and into the city of San Anselmo you’ll find a beautiful, albeit very small and tucked away, Eichler development in the town of Sleepy Hollow. Designed by Claude Oakland, and built in the early 1970s, this development was originally intended to be much more substantial. But due to several factors, particularly the restructuring of Eichler Homes Inc. that was going on at the time, only 15 homes were built. Needless to say, these homes are quite unique and highly sought after in the rare instances when they come on the market.

The mockups I made for this neighborhood show off examples of my designs for historic home plaques, MOD-icons (minimalist home illustrations), and neighborhood maps. Each piece is fully customizable to meet the needs of any Eichler owner or mid century modern enthusiast. Send me a message or email (info@foxface.design) to get started!
