Partner Onboarding

This project was part of an initiative to improve the quality of an agency's partner onboarding experience.

We found that the relationship building aspect of an onboarding call was very important. However, some of these calls were taking up to 2 hours to complete.

The goal of this form was to collect technical data prior to the call and focus the onboarding call on more engaging topics like business and marketing goals.
