Hello! In these pictures I want to show the system I designed and made for Voxonics.

These slides show you an advanced system for analyzing a conversation between a customer of the company and one of its agents. There is a transcription of the conversation and a short report about the call, as well as emotion and voice analysis. Also at the top you can see the main topics of the call for good progress tracking. I want to emphasize - the system analyzes everything by itself with the help of artificial intelligence.
Тhis is a reduced functionality for agents with less possibilities to view calls. this option is also available to view the total of each call.
This is a success rate viewer function for calls to different countries. also all data filling is based on artificial intelligence. there are also charts for different types of information.
It's a detailed report on the success of the campaign
This is an even more detailed report on the performance of the campaign, but here is a section on the average performance of regular agents, virtual agents, and artificial intelligence avatars.
1) green is the most successful average call time.
2) red is the most unsuccessful average call time.
( where there are often resets )
This is a detailed and complete statistics for virtual agents by group.
It's live stats for campaigning, real-time data updates for tracking company administration, etc.
This is a table of assigned agents. presented as blocks. the blocks have a call success triangle. Also, the second picture shows the expanded version of one of the agent windows, where you can see past calls, activity information, dialog transcription and call emotions.
This shows the procedure for setting up the call, in fact - this is a very cool feature for quickly setting up alerts and connecting agents to the call. In short, these are the dialer cycles.
