Domestic staff agency branding

Founded in 1997, the Mary Poppins agency pioneered domestic staffing in Georgia and became instantly successful. However, their reliance on traditional methods limited accessibility for a modern audience. Recognising this need, I took on the mission to rebrand their company image and design their website so it would resonate with present-day audiences.

The brand identity is designed to embody the core values of the agency: professionalism, and nurturing care. The light and dark blue hues evoke feelings of trust and friendly expertise.

Drawing inspiration from the iconic Mary Poppins, the umbrella outline symbolises the company’s unwavering commitment to providing a wide range of reliable services, ensuring all families receive the support they deserve.

To ensure consistency, the cohesive brand identity is carried through various materials, including business cards, mugs, keychains, and pens. In addition, a key component of this project was the creation of a brand-new, user-friendly website. Designed with inclusivity in mind, the website allows people of all ages and technical backgrounds to easily book appointments and explore the agency’s services.

This revitalised the brand for continued success, attracting new clients, while retaining its legacy of excellence.
