Dribble Toggle Animation

I created this toggle animation to celebrate Dribbble's 15th Anniversary!

I'm on a mission to learn more about animations and micro interactions, so when I saw the challenge to make a design featuring dribbles iconic basketball I knew I wanted to find a way to build a micro interaction around the logo.

This design gave me the opportunity to challenge my prototyping skills to create the arc of the basketball, which is something I had never done before. I'm definitely a beginner in these kind of animations so what I intended to be a quick a 30 minute warm up turned into a 2 hour one, but the lessons I learned and the feeling of finally figuring it out made it so worth it.

I loved this challenge and I'm excited to keep learning and to find ways to integrate fun interactions like this in my projects going forward :)

Also I hadn't realized how much I love dribbble's shades of pink, they're so cool and fun to work with!
