Balance in work

I recently read in Creativity Inc's Ed Catmull say something nice about the brain's opposite sides.

It was something about how happy he was because he had found that his work could unite his brain's left (logic) and right (creative) sides.

In my opinion, Design also let us achieve that kind of equilibrium.
