Viv Form Enhancement

I built this custom form element for the Viv website a couple years ago and still really like how it came out.

The goal was to get interested persons to share a URL where more information could be found about them, but without asking for a “website”. The social links pre-fill the input field and highlight the portion they need to customize. If the user types in an address that matches one of the options, it's automatically highlighted.

If I could have spent more time on it, I would have preferred to capture their username from one of the known formats and automatically insert it if they changed networks. Hopefully that's a fringe case, but the analytics capture all of this so it's possible to see whether that's true.
