Package Delivery App UI/UX Design
Problem Statement: The existing package delivery process lacked transparency and real-time tracking, leading to customer dissatisfaction and uncertainty about delivery times. The goal was to design an app that offers a user-friendly signup process, a clear and engaging home interface, and a live location tracking map with detailed package and delivery personnel information.
My Role: As the lead UI/UX designer, I oversaw the entire design process, from research and analysis to prototyping and implementation. My role involved conducting user research, creating personas, developing wireframes and prototypes, defining the visual design language, and ensuring the overall coherence and usability of the app.
Visual Design: Established a clean and modern visual style, incorporating brand colors and imagery.Designed custom illustrations to enhance the user experience, such as an engaging illustration for the signup page.Ensured consistency in typography, iconography, and UI elements across all screens.
Signup Page: Designed a visually appealing signup page with intuitive form fields and clear calls-to-action. Incorporated the custom illustration to add visual interest and personality to the page. implemented validation checks to ensure accurate input and a smooth signup process.
Home Page: Created a dynamic home interface displaying relevant information such as recent deliveries, notifications, and quick actions.Utilized card-based layouts to present information in a structured and visually appealing manner. Included prominent buttons for tracking packages and accessing additional features.
Live Location Tracking Map: Developed a real-time tracking feature using interactive maps to display the current location of packages and delivery personnel.Integrated detailed package and delivery man information directly on the map interface for easy access.
