Name of the platform: ToonStream

1) The first stage of ToonStream platform development involved a detailed research of the target audience, including surveys and interviews with potential users, as well as competitor analysis to determine the strengths and weaknesses of their products.

2) The second stage involved design and prototyping: wireframes for the main pages were developed, high-quality layouts were created using bright colors and friendly illustrations, and interactive prototypes were created to test the user experience.

3) The third stage involved testing with real users, making the necessary adjustments, and preparing the platform for launch. The result is an intuitive and safe ToonStream cartoon viewing platform that takes into account the needs of children and their parents, is easy to navigate and offers high-quality content.
