The layout was kept clean and intuitive, ensuring employees could easily navigate to different sections of the portal.
Main Dashboard:
The main dashboard was designed to be accessible with an employee ID login, providing a central hub for company information and resources. Key features included:
Employee Home Portal: A welcoming interface where employees can start their day, featuring personalized greetings and quick access to key functionalities.
Calendar: A comprehensive calendar displaying company events, deadlines, and personal schedules to keep employees informed and organized.
News & Announcements: A dedicated section for important updates from all departments, ensuring that employees are always in the loop.
Rotating Banners: Dynamic banners showcasing company initiatives and promotions, keeping the content fresh and engaging.
Group Level Dashboards:
Tailored content for each department was provided upon further login, focusing on work-related information to enhance efficiency. Key features included:
To-Do List: An integrated task management system where employees can view and manage tasks assigned by managers or HR.
Meetings Section: Displays upcoming and finished meetings, both department-specific and individual, ensuring employees are always prepared.
Alert Emails: Important updates and reminders sent directly to employees, keeping them informed of critical information.
Leave Management: A user-friendly interface where employees can view their total leave available, apply for leave, and track leave status.
Searchable Employee Directory: A comprehensive directory that is department-specific, allowing employees to easily find and contact their colleagues.

What did we learn from this project?
