Unified Fleet Monitoring: Bigbird Platform
Empowering Logistics Management with Real-Time Visibility
This project tackled the challenge of disjointed fleet monitoring at PT Blue Bird Tbk. As a Product Designer, I designed a unified feature within the Big Bird Portal called "Pemantauan Armada" (Indonesian for "Fleet Monitoring"). This user-friendly platform empowers logistics personnel with real-time vehicle location and status data, boosting operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
Goodbye Guesswork, Hello Efficiency
Prior to this project, logistics faced inefficiencies due to a lack of centralized data. "Pemantauan Armada" streamlines operations with features like:
Real-time Vehicle Tracking: Monitor all Big Bird vehicles on a map interface, eliminating location uncertainty.
Filterable Data: Easily filter vehicles by area in Indonesia, Big Bird armada (fleet), and vehicle type for focused analysis.
Detailed Vehicle Information: Get instant insights like last sync time, speed, and driver details for each vehicle.
My Role in the Project
Through user research, information architecture design, UI element creation, and usability testing, I ensured a smooth user experience for logistics personnel. This project demonstrates the power of user-centered design in optimizing fleet management systems.
