Company Verification – Requests

Security officers receive more than a hundred requests to check the reliability of a counterparty every day, at their first contact with the company and at each next one: participation in a tender, bill payment, etc. Requests arrive chaotically by email, and the body of the application could be without a clear structure. The work of the security officer itself takes place on many different sites, depending on the application.

We created one workspace for security employees, where requests would be arrived and collected. We provided them with the opportunity to check the requests within our service, eliminating the need to visit other sites. Also, their work has a simplified verification if the contract amount is small enough, so we give them an automatic scoring system, and the employee only needs to confirm or change the pre-result of our system.
