👋 Dribbbling again, this time to share with you Frame's Web App's new onboarding dashboard.
The user flow, from registering in the platform to securing a coaching session, was complex and time-consuming from both the end-user and administration standpoints.
The solution found was to set up automated email at key points in the user journey and identify key metrics to understand user drop-off patterns and guide design improvements.
