UI/UX Waste Management App
Gestari app offers a range of features including waste pickup, mobile recycling banks, trash scanning, savings accounts, leaderboards, and educational content on waste management. The design concept for this app originated from the existing waste management challenges in Gesikan Village, Bantul. The lack of diversity in waste bank programs and rewards, along with limited promotion efforts, have been significant barriers to community participation. In response, we've integrated insights from the local community to enhance promotion and marketing strategies, making waste banking more appealing to potential customers. Integration with information technology is key to improving service delivery and fostering community engagement.
