Skillprint App / Concept

A Skillprint (Concept) is visualization used to communicate skillset-specifics about an individual or requirements for potential new hirers. The Skillprint can be used a couple different ways.

1. Human Resources personnel can use the it to show teams the types of talent that's potentially available.

2. Teams could offer a Skillprint to Human Resources to request specific type of talent that’s needed on a team.

3. Managers could use a Skillprint to show teams members where they currently stand and what they need to improve on during performance reviews.
