Matching | Mindall CRM

Introducing the Matching section, a powerful feature designed to optimize the pairing of properties with potential clients. This section includes two tabs: Matching by Property and Matching by Lead, each tailored to streamline the matching process and enhance the efficiency of real estate agents.

In this tab, agents can view a specific property along with its essential details such as price and the broker managing it. The system provides a list of clients that might be a good fit for the property, each accompanied by a percentage indicator showing the likelihood of a successful match. This allows agents to:

  • View all potential clients for a property

  • Identify the best fits based on the matching percentage

  • Send proposals directly to the most suitable clients

This feature ensures that properties are matched with clients efficiently, maximizing the chances of a successful sale or lease.

This tab flips the perspective, showing a specific client along with a list of properties that might suit their needs.

This allows agents to tailor their proposals to each client more precisely, enhancing the chances of meeting their needs and closing deals faster.

Agents have the opportunity to write comments for each property in the Matching, allowing them to record important observations or client-specific details. This ensures personalized service and better client satisfaction.
