I helped make the claims process smoother by designing an easy-to-use dashboard for call center agents. It brings all the important claim info together, tracks tasks, and makes things more transparent, which also helps new agents get up to speed. Plus, it works great on mobile, so agents can stay on top of things wherever they are.
