We’re incredibly happy to introduce a product we’ve designed over the past weeks at Semiflat. Meet Seam AI - an AI customer information platform bringing power of the Modern Data Stacks to business users.
With Seam it’s finally possible for revenue, marketing, and sales operations teams to gain full access and control over their company data. Users can interact with their entire data stack through a simple and familiar chat-based interface. Now instead of relying on the help from engineers and data analysts, business users can simply ask the AI questions like: “How many accounts are there in a specific industry?”, or “How many opportunities are expected to close within the current fiscal quarter?”. The app also allows them to perform data operations right in that same UI - they can post prompts like “Analyze the correlation between account industry and opportunity amount.”, or “Track the last activity date for contacts in key accounts.”
