App for Business Process Digitalization

These visuals depict several screens from the project aimed at digitalizing business processes for a home improvement and retail store.

The goal was to provide employees with a platform where they can track news, orders, complaints, services, and shipments along with their respective statuses. Each employee logs into the application using their ID and can manage various tasks throughout the workday.

This application accelerates communication among employees and reduces errors caused by inadequate task management and communication issues stemming from recording all information in a single notebook.
