Shower of Stars
It is really hard to describe the idea of this piece because it changed as I was creating it. When I started, I felt trapped and wanted to capture the feeling of being trapped but holding yourself strong. As I continued working, I felt such joy that I started playing on the canvas. And it turned out as it turned out. In moments like these, I return to my core philosophy: it's not about what I have to say, but about showing what I did and hearing what others think of the piece. Can they connect with it, find something they are looking for? Maybe it's just about the appeal and liking the piece; maybe it's something else. In the end, it's just a piece of work that I really want to share in the hopes that you will find something special in it, as I did in creating it.
