Setup Flow

We decided to design a flow in order to reduce the time it takes users to create a store, so that we can provide the most basic steps that users need to complete. This flow includes 6 main steps to opening a store. I did the following to complete this task.

1. Research and comparison of competitors and to create the least risky and best user experience according to our product and dashboard.

2. Creating low quality design (wireframes and sketches).

3. High quality design to perform the necessary tests.

4. Usability and accessibility testing in collaboration with the research team.

Result: After reviewing the data, we found that the time our users spent to activate their store decreased from 15 days to 3 hours.
