Devexa - AI assistant for brokers

An admin interface for Devexa, a smart chatbot 
for brokers and traders. It controls how Devexa interacts with end users.

Devexa helps brokers manage their massive client database across different messengers. The assistant communicates with clients without human intervention, decreasing the load on the help desk.

AI self-teaching: if there is no currently available response to a request, the bot transfers the user to a human operator and records the answer for future reference

Visualized stats bar shows the user satisfaction rate, motivating the operator.

Skills

Devexa is built around skills. They are preconfigured (such as Welcoming new users) or added by brokers if they need to address a specific case.

Skill Card Anatomy

Interaction with the user is the trigger for Devexa’s skills. The bot supports natural language processing, meaning that Devexa can recognize a question asked in a number of different ways.

Using Skills

The AI recognizes human speech and activates the necessary skill to respond.

If less than 90 % sure, the bot asks the operator for help. It is then trained to recognize similar requests in the future.

If the client asks something Devexa doesn't understand, the operator can train the bot to create a new skill.

Users

The Users page contains the list of users, bot types, their linked accounts, and the messengers they use to communicate with the operator.

Broadcasting

In this tab the admin can set up massmailing. The broadcasted message can contain text, images, or charts.

Example: the brokers can performtechnical analysis on a chart, attach 
a text message with an action call, and broadcast it immediately to their subscribers.

Voice Assistant

Devexa can be integrated into a trading platform as a widget. Once 
a user clicks on the widget’s area, Devexa starts listening.

Devexa can buy or sell instruments, show news, or explain a brokerage term.
