Logo design exploration for 'Open Agreements' and 'Legal Schema', 2 projects that go hand in hand active in the technology, structured data and contracts space. 'Open Agreements' is the umbrella project and 'Legal Schema' the main product.

Both logos use the same icon, the same visual that acts as a double monogram, OA and LS. For 'Open Agreements' it shows the letters O and A with cuts in the overall shape, a visual reference to the Open part of the name, while for 'Legal Schema', the same symbol, rotated, this time shows letters L and S.

Open Agreement: An 'Open Agreement' is a designation that a contract meets certain technical criteria, namely that it is comprised of structured data rather than just unstructured text.

In order to make 'Open Agreements' possible, there is a need for a Legal Schema that structures the legal data that exists within the contract.
