Greyhound Friends for Life: Logo and identity

Greyhound Friends for Life is a dog rescue dedicated to greyhounds (although they do sometimes rescue other sighthound breeds and even non-sighthound breeds). I have adopted and fostered dogs from them.

For the identity, I wanted to make something friendly, but also serious. Something that would get people excited to adopt a grey or donate money. I started with the sitting greyhound mark and paired it with the warm and soft font Henrietta. Warmth also comes through with the use of orange, brown, and beige for the color palette.
