This project involves designing the interface for a mobile application for a phone service provider. The app will offer users a convenient way to manage their phone service accounts, including:

  • User Account and Authentication: Easy registration, login, and password reset functionalities.

  • Contract Management: View current contracts with essential information.

  • Billing: Access and manage invoices for current and past billing cycles.

  • Data Usage and Cost Control: Monitor real-time data usage and associated costs.

  • Customer Service and Support: Contact customer support via chat or email, along with an FAQ section for self-help.

This section focuses on creating and managing user accounts within the app.

  • Registration: Users can create new accounts by providing necessary information like user name, email address, and phone number. Secure password creation and confirmation are crucial.

  • Login: Existing users can access the app with their registered email address or phone number and password.

  • Password Reset: Users can recover forgotten passwords by requesting a reset link via email.

This section provides users with easy access to information about their phone service plans.

  • Contract Overview: Users can view a clear and concise summary of their current phone service plan(s). This might include details like plan name, activation date, monthly charges, and data allowance.

This section empowers users to manage their phone service bills conveniently.

  • Invoice Overview: Users can access and view current and past invoices.

  • Other Features:

    • Filter invoices based on date.

This section helps users stay informed about their data usage and associated costs.

  • Real-time Data Usage: Users can view a dynamic display of their current data usage, typically shown as a percentage of their total data allowance.

  • Display of Costs: Users can see the costs incurred for data usage within the current billing period.

This section provides users with various options to reach out for assistance with their phone service.

  • Contact Options:

    • Users should be able to initiate a live chat conversation with a customer service representative directly within the app.

    • Offering Number for Calls and Whatsapp support option for users who prefer written communication.

  • FAQ Section: A comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section can empower users to find answers to common questions about their phone service plan, billing, technical issues, etc. This reduces reliance on contacting customer service for basic troubleshooting
