As a small design department, with a busy schedule we needed a way to easily share insight we get when we user test, do experiments or interview our users.
To lower the threshold for sharing as much as possible, I created a template for a one pager. Where we can fill inn details, and the results from the test and share it in the relevant internal channels.
It is still early in the process, and I assume that we see the need to do some adjustments when we start to use it more. We are working with multiple brands so I created two versions.
To make it quick to fill in the templates I created components with predefined metadata. I have created two variants, one for each brand. The design systems for the different brands are applied to the variants.
I tested the template for my latest user tests. Often a user test cover multiple cases and user flows. When documenting the tests I found it easiest to add only one flow to each one pager. This make it shorter, and easier to read, it was also good to focus on one flow at the time when summing up the results and action points.
I also need to get feedback from the target group on how well it work to share the insight in this format. To be continued.
