Pain Point
At Sedition we we're getting a few too many support tickets. Fair enough - it's a fairly complex product. You buy digital art and then what? How can I use it? Can I sell it? is it really a limited edition?
The goal of "how it works" redesign was to make the user self-sufficient and to reduce support tickets asking basic questions.
To answer the question we hear most often - but how can I use it? - we created a device slider, showing artworks in their natural habitat, displayed on screens around the house.
