A arte e a cidade

IIllustration elaborated for book cover about street theatre in the town of Belo Horizonte. At the request of the client (Fundação Municipal de Cultura - Belo Horizonte City Hall), the piece should create a dialogue with urban expressions and popular folk aesthetics. The result is sustained by graffiti and popular expressions such as brazilian woodcuts. In terms of semantics, the idea is that the street was the stage and the lamppost was the light.
